I am very impressed with the service we are getting. It far exceeds any propane company we have had in the past. They are very thorough with safety checks. They always show up when they say they going to be here, and monitor our levels of propane so we never run out or have to think about it. Andy found a leak on our tank I was smelling and couldn't get 4 other service people from our previous propane company to find. He also repaired the leak on our tank. I can't recommend this company enough!

We came home to no propane in our tank when our usual company was supposed to monitor and call us when our tank was low. After hours, called and Andy picked up and was immediately on his way to our rescue. Only a couple hours later and we have heat back. Not to even mention cheaper too! Andy came through again! Nasty snow storm and we ran out of propane! Andy was here in less than an hour. Discovered a leak and braved the interstate to get the part I needed. Best customer service as usual. Not all heros wear a cape!

Worked with me as I looked at reviews and Andy was great his partner Cody was the driver and they came and gave us Propane. Very prompt and patient and great communication. Not like other companies who want to wait a day or so. Highly recommend. The rate was good to.

When I first moved my mobile home to a new lot, my landlord sent me a guys name and number and said "this is who we use, he is super great guy and the cheapest around!" So I call said guy and the whole time I feel like I'm inconveniencing him. This is my first time owning my own house and first time for literally everything I've had to do, so I had a lot of questions. The guy was short with me and then said he MIGHT be able to come look at it this weekend and he will try and come out and do it next week. Well weekend rolls by and nothing. Nothing all week. So at this point I am completely discouraged. I asked on a Facebook group who they recommend for liquid propane and literally all the comments recommended Andy at Rocky Mountain Propane. Not even a few minutes after the post being up Andy commented himself and told me to give him a call! So the last guy kind of ruined me so I had my mom call and seriously Andy was so knowledgeable answered all my questions I didn't feel like I wasted his time and he told me what I needed to do in order for him to be able to come to the job! Which is exactly what I needed! So I get what was needed done and his crew were out here in 2 days (would of been the next day but it was snowing and just all around bad weather) and they did it all in a day! Also the propane was way cheaper than that first guy! Sorry for the long review just wanted to explain how great, personal, funny, honest, hard working Andy and his crew are! If you are in search for LP and/ or installation, look no further! These guys are the greatest! Thanks again Andy! :)

My mother-in-law ran out of propane and these guys went out of their way to get propane to her. She didn't have to go one night without heat. They were knowledgeable, kind and even made sure all her pilot lights were lit. Highly recommended.
